       I made this with 6 easy steps:
What you will need: A makeup sponge, nailpolish remover, q-tips, clear nail polish, and pink, orange, white, and yellow nailpolish. 
    
  Step 1: First take your sponge and paint a white line on the sponge and press it on your nail.
  
Step 2: Take your orange nail polish and paint a line over the white, then press it on your nail.
Step 3: Grab your pink nail polish and paint another line over the orange, and press it on your nail.
Step 4: Take your yellow and do the same that you did on steps 1, 2, and 3. 
Step 5: Next, put a clear coat on your nails.
Step 6: Take your q-tip and dip the tip into the nail polish remover, and clean up around the sides of your nails.
